<Job Responsibilities> 1. Technical Interpretation & Translation (Primary Focus: 70-80%) Meeting Interpretation: Act as the primary interpreter (Japanese ↔ English/Thai) for technical meetings, project planning sessions, and design reviews held at the Bangkok office. Engineering Support: Assist Japanese Engineers in explaining complex automotive technical specifications and technologies to the sales team and customers. Technical Translation: Translate specialized documents, including engineering drawings (blueprints), R&D reports, CAD specifications, and technical manuals. Virtual Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication during video conferences between the Bangkok office, Japan Headquarters, and manufacturing plants. 2. Sales Coordination & Delivery Management (20-30%) Delivery Tracking: Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules between the production plants and clients to ensure timely arrival of products. Documentation Support: Manage and verify sales-related technical documents, such as Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Technical Data Sheets. Client Liaison: Serve as a contact point for customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and basic technical inquiries. Office Administration: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the [Singha Complex] sales hub. 3. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 5 years of experience as an interpreter in the Automotive or Electronics industry - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. - Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency (N1 or N2 must) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the automotive parts industry - Experiences in data analysis and reporting. - Experience working with car manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers(electronic components)
