Assistant to Japanese MD
(Detail)
Responsible for interpreting and translating from Japanese to Thai and from Thai to Japanese
Support business meetings and coordinate between Japanese and local staff.
Coordinate between Japanese MD and the staffs in sales planning and marketing department
Prepare the related documents and daily schedule for Japanese MD
Other tasks as assigned (HR, Administrator.)
Qualifications:
[Minimum requirement]
Thai nationality, Female only , 22-25 years old
Bachelor degree in related fields.
Good at Japanese and English (JLPT N2 and TOEIC 650)
Strong knowledge of MS office.
Able to attend business trip to Japan (1-2 times / year)
Have experience in study / working in Japan.
Self-motivated
[Preferred]
Fresh graduated student
Interest in IT or Automotive Industry.
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Japanese: Business level (N2 –N1)
Workplace Area: BTS Phompong
Working Hour:Monday-Friday 8:30 – 17:30
