Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - There are 3 types of jobs(1.contacting to accounting agency,2.sales administration,3.interpret) - Handle GA and Admin work, and manage the environment in office - Issue some documents such as quotation, PO, invoice and payment requests and send to suppliers - Contact to supplier regarding payment and delivery - Coordinate with forwarder to arrange delivery schedule and method - Coordinate with outsourcing company about accounting matters to prepare some documents - Interpret between Japanese MD and Thai staff - Translate some documents TH to JP and JP to TH if required - Support Japanese MD if needed - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of working experience as back-office position which using Japanese - Conversational high level of Japanese (N3 up) to communicate with Japanese MD - Conversational level of English (to make some documents) - Be able to commute for this company - Microsoft office skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in small-sized company
