IT System Support Supervisor (28K-40K) (SDG-21614) <Job Responsibilities> Coordinate with Global Team (JP/US) to improve company’s core application or solve technical problems Coordinate with business team; sales team, operation to get requirement from users or customers to serve operation or provide a solution to support their requirements in the business unit. To be instructor for training and coaching user to understand applications or arrange training for basic software package: Microsoft Office etc. Other tasks as assigned. Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 30-40 years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field At least 5 year experience in information system support & Network (2-3 years in application support filed) Good communication in English especially speaking and writing Interpersonal communication Presentation <Preferable Skill / Experience> Understand freight forwarder, import/export business process Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: None
