IT Support Supervisor
(36K – 44K) (SDG-62384)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform daily check on staff Infrastructure and Data Canter for systems availability, backups completeness check and resolve the alarms from infrastructure devices and escalate to Head of IT in a timely manner
• Ensure that system patch are updated for servers
• Troubleshoot problems and questions encountered by Users. This includes escalate to regional support teams if required and follow up until incident has been resolved
• Prepare and create permission for access the server system.
• Manage WIFI account permission and support request of management's WIFI account
• Perform the infrastructure activities related to problem management and change management as standard processes of IT operation.
• Lead/monitoring incident ticket operation and ensure service level agreement
• Manage and implement IT infrastructure projects
• Coordinate internal resources during project execution
• Administrate Windows server, Network Device, Security System, Antivirus, Backup and Storage System
• Provisioning network devices and servers
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Manage and document IT operation manual
• Backup we use: Shadow backup file,
• Support other IT tasks as assigned by manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 26-35 years
• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or any related fields
• At least 2 years experience and 1 year management experience in IT Infrastructure, System Admin or any related fields
• Advance conversation middle level in English
• Good IT, Software (MS office, Navision), hardware fundamental database knowledge
• Good service mind and comfort to carry computer stuff

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและศูนย์ข้อมูลของพนักงานทุกวันสำหรับความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบ ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของการสำรองข้อมูล และแก้ไขสัญญาณเตือนจากอุปกรณ์โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และส่งต่อไปยังหัวหน้าฝ่ายไอทีในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโปรแกรมแก้ไขระบบได้รับการอัปเดตสำหรับเซิร์ฟเวอร์
• แก้ไขปัญหาและคำถามที่พบโดยผู้ใช้ ซึ่งรวมถึงส่งต่อไปยังทีมสนับสนุนระดับภูมิภาคหากจำเป็นและติดตามผลจนกว่าเหตุการณ์จะได้รับการแก้ไข
• จัดเตรียมและสร้างสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์

• นำ/ตรวจสอบการดำเนินการตั๋วเหตุการณ์และรับรองข้อตกลงระดับการบริการ
• จัดการและดำเนินโครงการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที
• ประสานงานทรัพยากรภายในระหว่างการดำเนินโครงการ
• บริหารจัดการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Windows, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย, ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย, แอนตี้ไวรัส, ระบบสำรองและจัดเก็บข้อมูล
• การจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายและเซิร์ฟเวอร์
• การแก้ไขปัญหาระบบและเครือข่าย การวินิจฉัยและแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องของฮาร์ดแวร์หรือซอฟต์แวร์
• จัดการและจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานด้านไอที
• การสำรองข้อมูลที่เราใช้: ไฟล์สำรองเงา
• สนับสนุนงานไอทีอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 26-35 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีและประสบการณ์การจัดการ 1 ปีในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานไอที, ผู้ดูแลระบบหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรู้ด้าน IT, Software (MS office, Navision), ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ของฮาร์ดแวร์
• มีใจบริการดี และสะดวกในการพกพาคอมพิวเตอร์
