IT Support Staff (20K–40K) (SDG-103980) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านไอที <Job responsibilities> Technical support of advertising pre sales: - Responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our clients and partners, related to integration and operation of digital advertisement analysis tool on their web/app system. - Response to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements the solution, in hand with our global system teams and other countries' branches. - Walk clients or colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems. - Reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur. - Provide Sales support in terms of system operation, including but not limited to Create a campaign, set rewards, upload banner and validate conversions. need to be skilled in data processing in Excel. - Other tasks as assigned. Internal IT support; - Manage the BI (Business Intelligence) tool provide by global system team. Introduce BI to all company staffs. Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree ・At least 3 years of working experince as technical support or internal system support/management. ・Conversational high level English (to communicate with JP CEO and clients) ・Who is willing and wants to learn new technology and business knowledge. ・Who has flexible mind of meeting the demands of the company's growing organization. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in digital marketing. ・Experience in development with JavaScript.(private project is also welcomed) ・Experience of web site or web application development.
