Job Description

IT Support Officer (22K-28K) (SDG-29230)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
	Replace parts as required
	Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
	Support the roll-out of new applications
	Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
	Work continuously on a task until completion
	Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and users
	Test and evaluate new technology
	Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly health checks on computer equipment

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-30 years old
	Bachelor degree in IT-related field
	1-3 years of experience in IT field
	Able to work shift duties
	English: conversational middle or above (communicate internally with Japanese)
