IT Support (In-House) (30K–40K) (SDG-104633) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านไอที (ภายในองค์กร) <Job responsibilities> - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, etc. - Setting up accounts for new users - Providing technical support and training to the users across the company - Taking care of IT equipment purchasing - Support oversea IT team on monitoring the company networks and servers status - Repairing and replacing equipment and IT assets as necessary - Create records related to IT assets - Other task as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ติดตั้งและกำหนดค่าฮาร์ดแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ เครื่องพิมพ์ สแกนเนอร์ ฯลฯ - การตั้งค่าบัญชีสำหรับผู้ใช้ใหม่ - ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและการฝึกอบรมแก่ผู้ใช้ทั่วทั้งบริษัท - ดูแลการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ไอที - สนับสนุนทีมงานไอทีต่างประเทศในการตรวจสอบสถานะเครือข่ายและเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัท - ซ่อมแซมและเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์และทรัพย์สินไอทีตามความจำเป็น - สร้างบันทึกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินทรัพย์ไอที - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
