IT Support (30K–50K) (SDG-102166) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านไอที <Job responsibilities> • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. • Providing technical support across the company. • Manage all the branches infrastructure systems and support users remotely as well as visiting branches as per schedule. • Support ERP system for the end users. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • การติดตั้งและกำหนดค่าฮาร์ดแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบ เครือข่าย เครื่องพิมพ์ และสแกนเนอร์ • ติดตามและบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และเครือข่าย • ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาและการร้องขอบริการอย่างทันท่วงที • ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคทั่วทั้งบริษัท • จัดการระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของสาขาทั้งหมดและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้จากระยะไกลรวมถึงการเข้าพบสาขาตามกำหนดเวลา • สนับสนุนระบบ ERP สำหรับผู้ใช้ปลายทาง
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. • 1-2 years of ERP support experience and 2-4 years of related working experience. • Must be able to communicate well in English. (Training and coordinate with the Singapore team.) • Good communication skills and ability to work independently, also as a team. • Willing to travel to branches when needed. <Preferable Skill / Experience> • Experience in SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365 will be an advantage. • Knowledge in industrial equipment will be an advantage. • Fast learner; next year they will use a new program, which is an internal program.
