IT Support

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Writes computer software and application implementation. (ERP Program (TXG))
• Develop and implement the detailed development and implementation plan for production and office.
• Responsible for applying technology in the company, planning and developing system.
• Upgrade existing software and the user organizations' needs change.
• Test software to ensure the code is correct, Solve IT problems, Rerun and recheck the program until it produces the correct results.
• Troubleshoot technical issue and identify modification needed in a sitting application to meet changing user requirements.
• Proposing about new tools to improve user operation.
• Follow other job which assigned by Manager.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years experience about IT Support (ERP) in manufacturing industry
• Conversation low level of English
• ERP (TXG) experience is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Business Level
Workplace Area: Tha Kham , Bangpakong , Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• เขียนซอฟต์แวร์คอมพิวเตอร์และการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน (โปรแกรม ERP (TXG))
• พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนการพัฒนาและดำเนินการโดยละเอียดสำหรับการผลิตและสำนักงาน
• รับผิดชอบในการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในบริษัท วางแผนและพัฒนาระบบ
• อัพเกรดซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีอยู่และความต้องการขององค์กรผู้ใช้เปลี่ยนไป
• ทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ารหัสถูกต้อง แก้ไขปัญหาด้านไอที รันซ้ำและตรวจสอบโปรแกรมซ้ำจนกว่าจะได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ถูกต้อง
• แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคและระบุการแก้ไขที่จำเป็นในแอปพลิเคชันนั่งทำงานเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป
• เสนอเครื่องมือใหม่ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใช้
• ติดตามงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับ IT Support (ERP) ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์ ERP (TXG) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ทักษะทางภาษา
• ภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ระดับธุรกิจ
สถานที่ทำงาน : ต.ท่าข้าม อ.บางปะกง จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา
