IT Solution Engineer (35K-45K) (SDG-76428) วิศวกรโซลูชันไอที <Job Responsibilities> - Propose the suitable solution to clients through your specialized IT knowledge and skill. *senior member will support this task - Design, implement the various IT solutions based on the customer requirements. - Collaborate with sale teams to gather requirements from customers - Prepare necessary document and report - Maintain the clients system environment as after service support - Conduct solution delivery cooperating with carriers, vendors, and other parties - Solve clients' technical issues cooperating with carriers, vendors, and other parties (Visit client onsite, if necessary) - Support the sales team with all technical related queries - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-30 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 3 years’ experience as IT engineer for network and server - Conversational middle level of English - Driving License - Experience with UTM, Layer 3 Switch, Wireless System - Experience with Windows Server, NAS - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP - Logical thinking - High motivation to improve yourself <Preferable Skills / Experiences > - IT Certification - Able to coordinate with various parties to implement the proposed project - Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
