Work Outline: Provide Helpdesk 1st level support on system and product and dispatch all issue to relate parties
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage 3rd party for service and preventive maintenance.
On-site service.
Update case to CRM and follow up for all cases.
Retail hardware set up and demonstration to customer and sale requested.
Provide and Submit Project document for handover to Service.
Pre-staging for hardware to deliver to customer and relate task, such as follow up equipment for delivery schedule.
Do hardware installation.
Handling and Report all Project status.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only, age 23-30 years old
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer or Computer Science or IT or related field.
At least 1 year experiences in installing, setting up, supporting and maintaining hardware, software and network system (LAN).
Have experience with Windows operating systems.
Hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, Customer Service and Relationship Management.
Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, service mind and able to work under pressure in the multinational working environment.
Good command in English
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in retail business is advantage

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
