IT Security Project Manager (30K-50K) (SDG-53711)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with related team and senior management.
- Attend to customer as necessary to identify a clear project scope and keep communicate with customer for all aspects of the project.
- Planning the project plan and create a detail work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project..
- Determine and manage the required resources (time, money, manpower, equipment, etc.) to complete the project.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the project
- Conduct the project according to the project plan.
- Monitor project cash flow. Report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly).
- Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary.
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
- Review the quality of the work to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Ensure that project information and personnel files are properly maintained, kept confidential and secure.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
- Manage, lead, and taking care of team members.
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , 28-33 years old
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, information systems, computer security or related field
- Minimum 3 years experiences in IT planning or project management
- Must have overall knowledge in IT (System/ Network/ Infrastructure)
- Creative thinker with strong leadership, team management and problem solving skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
- Proficient in MS office
- Good command in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Direct experience in IT Security
- Experience in Accounting Firm
- Any IT certificated
- Own car

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- กำหนดขอบเขตของโครงการร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องและผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- เข้าร่วมกับลูกค้าตามความจำเป็นเพื่อระบุขอบเขตโครงการที่ชัดเจนและสื่อสารกับลูกค้าในทุกด้านของโครงการ
- วางแผนแผนงานโครงการและสร้างแผนงานรายละเอียดซึ่งระบุและลำดับกิจกรรมที่จำเป็นในการทำให้โครงการสำเร็จ
- กำหนดและจัดการทรัพยากรที่ต้องการ (เวลาเงินกำลังคนอุปกรณ์ ฯลฯ ) เพื่อทำให้โครงการเสร็จสมบูรณ์
- ประเมินผลลัพธ์ของโครงการ
- ดำเนินโครงการตามแผนโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบกระแสเงินสดของโครงการ รายงานกระแสเงินสดจริงและผลต่างให้กับผู้บริหารระดับสูงอย่างสม่ำเสมอ (ทุกเดือน / ทุกสองเดือน)
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าบันทึกทางการเงินทั้งหมดสำหรับโครงการเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการและทำการปรับเปลี่ยนตามความจำเป็น
- กำหนดตารางการสื่อสารเพื่ออัพเดทผู้มีส่วนได้เสียรวมถึงพนักงานที่เหมาะสมในองค์กรเกี่ยวกับความคืบหน้าของโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าไฟล์ข้อมูลโครงการและบุคลากรได้รับการดูแลอย่างถูกต้องรักษาเป็นความลับและปลอดภัย
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโครงการที่ส่งมอบตรงเวลาภายในงบประมาณและในระดับคุณภาพที่ต้องการ
- จัดการนำและดูแลสมาชิกในทีม
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 28-33 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์, ระบบสารสนเทศ, ความปลอดภัยของคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการวางแผนไอทีหรือการจัดการโครงการ
- ต้องมีความรู้โดยรวมเกี่ยวกับไอที (ระบบ / เครือข่าย / โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน)
- นักคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่มีภาวะผู้นำการบริหารทีมและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
- ทักษะองค์กรที่แข็งแกร่งรวมถึงการใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS office
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
