Duties & Responsibility:

•In charge of recruiting and training company’s staffs to improve their skills.
(Detail)
•Recruiting, training and developing staff
•Providing designing, developing and implementing trainings and development programs to improve employee's skills
•Creating and filing application of work rules and regulations, Benefit programs, Welfare, Labour Regulation
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Female only, Thai nationality, Age over 30 years old.
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or any field.
•Have 5 year experience of recruiting IT engineers in IT company
•Computer literacy (MS office)
•Good command in English or Japanese (Conversational level )
•Good interpersonal skill and able to collaborate with all department
[Prefer]
•Knowledge in Payroll program would be advantage
•Education background from IT related faculty would be advantage
•Positive attitude and multi-tasking skills.
Languages skills:
English: Conversation Level/ or
Japanese: Conversation Level
Workplace Area: Silom/ Bangkok (BTS Saladeang/ MRT Silom)
Working Hour:8:30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
