IT Officer

เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายไอที
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Tests and installs specific client applications OS and/or reports using available software package. (Accpac : ERP software)
• Installs, tests, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software products.
• Assists in the installation of network infrastructure equipment including cabling plants
• Monitors problem/change activities and coordinates involvement of technical and client staff and vendors to ensure effective implementation of new or enhance systems and resolution of user problems.
• Provide training to users on hardware and software applications.
• Control all IT equipment asset and software license asset 9. Control and maintain
• Control and maintain Data Center, Domain Controller, windows Server, Antivirus Server, Firewall.
• Control and maintain Time recorder, access control system, CCTV
• Follow create and design IT document for support ISO9001 and 14001 and company policy.
• Enhance and achieve business objective of department.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Have working experience at least 1 year as IT in any field
• Have working experience about support ERP software
• Have working experience about windows operation system 2003-2008, internet network System, office 365
• Basic level of English (Able to read and write)
• Able to use MS office

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Average 1 time per month >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ทดสอบและติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการไคลเอ็นต์เฉพาะ OS และ/หรือรายงานโดยใช้ชุดซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีอยู่ (Accpac : ซอฟต์แวร์ ERP)
• ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ แก้ไขปัญหา และบำรุงรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์ฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์
• ช่วยเหลือในการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์โครงสร้างพื้นฐานเครือข่ายรวมถึงโรงงานเดินสาย
• ตรวจสอบปัญหา/กิจกรรมการเปลี่ยนแปลงและประสานงานการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานด้านเทคนิคและลูกค้าและผู้ขายเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการนำระบบใหม่หรือปรับปรุงระบบและการแก้ไขปัญหาของผู้ใช้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ให้การฝึกอบรมแก่ผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับแอปพลิเคชันฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์
• ควบคุมสินทรัพย์อุปกรณ์ไอทีและลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์ทั้งหมด 9. ควบคุมและบำรุงรักษา
• ควบคุมและบำรุงรักษา Data Center, Domain Controller, windows Server, Antivirus Server, Firewall
• ควบคุมและบำรุงรักษา เครื่องบันทึกเวลา ระบบควบคุมการเข้าออก กล้องวงจรปิด
• ติดตามการสร้างและออกแบบเอกสาร IT เพื่อรองรับ ISO9001 และ 14001 และนโยบายของบริษัท
• ส่งเสริมและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจของแผนก
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 23-30 ปี
• ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน IT อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในสาขาใดก็ได้
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับซอฟต์แวร์สนับสนุน ERP
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 2003-2008, ระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต, office 365
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (อ่านออกเขียนได้)
• สามารถใช้ MS office ได้
