IT Officer
(20K – 32K) (SDG-61066)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายไอที
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Set up PC Ex. Installation windows OS and basic program, Setting PC join to domain.
• Coordinate with IT team from Japan HQ about company system, internal information, employee information.
• Repair and maintain PC.
• Setting printer and scanner.
• Manage company servers Ex. Hyper V, Veeam backup, DHCP, IP address, raid Hdd.
• Setting internet and Wi-fi.
• Manage telephone system Ex. Control internal telephone, manage PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange)
• Manage access point system.
• Input fingerprint for new employee.
• Control projector and audio system.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Have working experience at least 1 year as IT in any field
• Advanced conversation middle level of English (Have to contact with JP HQ)
• Have working experience about control and setting PC, printer, scanner, projector and audio system
• Have working experience about Hyper V, Veeam backup, DHCP, IP address, raid Hdd.

• English : Conversational

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Once in a month >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ตั้งค่า PC Ex. การติดตั้ง windows OS และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานการตั้งค่า PC เข้าร่วมโดเมน
•ประสานงานกับทีมไอทีจากสำนักงานใหญ่ญี่ปุ่นเกี่ยวกับระบบของ บริษัท ข้อมูลภายในข้อมูลพนักงาน
•ซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาพีซี
•การตั้งค่าเครื่องพิมพ์และสแกนเนอร์
•จัดการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัท เช่น Hyper V, Veeam สำรอง, DHCP, ที่อยู่ IP, raid Hdd
•การตั้งค่าอินเทอร์เน็ตและ Wi-Fi
•จัดการระบบโทรศัพท์เช่น ควบคุมโทรศัพท์ภายในจัดการ PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange)
•จัดการระบบจุดเชื่อมต่อ
•ใส่ลายนิ้วมือสำหรับพนักงานใหม่
•ควบคุมโปรเจ็กเตอร์และระบบเสียง
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่ง IT ในสาขาใดก็ได้
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขั้นสูง (ต้องติดต่อกับสำนักงานใหญ่ที่ญี่ปุ่น)
•มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมและการตั้งค่า PC เครื่องพิมพ์สแกนเนอร์โปรเจ็กเตอร์และระบบเสียง
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Hyper V, Veeam backup, DHCP, IP address, raid Hdd
ทักษะภาษา
•ภาษาอังกฤษ: การสนทนา
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
•พื้นที่สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทอง
