IT Network & Infrastructure (50K-70K) (SDG-66220)
เจ้าหน้าที่เครือข่ายไอทีและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide system administrative support to Head of IT Department in the hardware & software operations.
- Plan, maintain and administer the information systems and local area network in the branch to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations including data storage management and security standards management within our company.
- Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems and perform routine system operations including data backup and keeping of daily/problem logs.
- Perform installation, maintenance and monitoring of the company’s system, hardware, software and local area network. Maintain inventory records of them as our company assets.
- Provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors.
- Support the company’s system to resolve and prevent problems. Perform trouble shooting and act as an internal resource for system problems or unusual situations encountered.
- Documentation support such as filing, the policy update support, the user manual updating, the internal approval documentation, and the user registration.
- Assist to IT Manager to prepare periodic report (Annual or Monthly or weekly).
- Assist to IT Manager to control IT Vendor including the incident escalation to IT main support vendor.
- Perform as administrator for Email system, Active Directory, Backup System, High Privilege System(CyberArk), Vmware System, Server Administrator, PC and security update System, and so on.
- Perform other assign task or project within IT Department function.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years in IT Infrastructure / Network related with Banking Industry
- Experience in preparation, review and update Procedure & Manual
- Able to handle documents and administrative tasks very well
- Able to create write down Manual in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Able to communicate in Japanese
- VMware basic operation

- ให้การสนับสนุนการดูแลระบบแก่หัวหน้าแผนกไอทีในการดำเนินงานฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์
- วางแผน บำรุงรักษา และบริหารจัดการระบบข้อมูลและเครือข่ายท้องถิ่นในสาขาเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานในแต่ละวันเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดการการจัดเก็บข้อมูลและการจัดการมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยภายในบริษัทของเรา
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าระบบฮาร์ดแวร์ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่นและดำเนินการตามระบบตามปกติ รวมถึงการสำรองข้อมูลและการเก็บบันทึกประจำวัน/ปัญหา
- ดำเนินการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา และตรวจสอบระบบของบริษัท ฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเครือข่ายท้องถิ่น เก็บรักษาบันทึกสินค้าคงคลังเป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัท
- ให้การสนับสนุนสำหรับการอัพเกรดระบบ การบำรุงรักษาไฟล์ และการติดตั้งที่ผู้ขายเป็นผู้ดำเนินการติดตั้ง
- สนับสนุนระบบของบริษัทในการแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหา ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและทำหน้าที่เป็นทรัพยากรภายในสำหรับปัญหาของระบบหรือสถานการณ์ที่ผิดปกติที่พบ
- การสนับสนุนด้านเอกสาร เช่น การยื่น การสนับสนุนการอัปเดตนโยบาย การอัปเดตคู่มือผู้ใช้ เอกสารการอนุมัติภายใน และการลงทะเบียนผู้ใช้
- ช่วยเหลือ IT Manager ในการจัดทำรายงานเป็นระยะ (รายปี รายเดือน หรือรายสัปดาห์)
- ช่วยเหลือ IT Manager เพื่อควบคุม IT Vendor รวมถึงการส่งต่อเหตุการณ์ไปยังผู้จำหน่าย IT Support หลัก
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดูแลระบบสำหรับระบบ Email, Active Directory, Backup System, High Privilege System (CyberArk), Vmware System, Server Administrator, PC และ Security Update System เป็นต้น
- ดำเนินการมอบหมายงานหรือโครงการอื่น ๆ ภายในฟังก์ชันแผนกไอที

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที / เครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมการธนาคาร
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดเตรียม ทบทวน และปรับปรุงขั้นตอนและคู่มือ
- สามารถจัดการเอกสารและงานธุรการได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสร้างคู่มือการจดบันทึกเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
