<Number of employees : Total : 650 Local : 642 Japanese : 8 > <Report Line : Japanese management (Some report line in Japan HQ) > <Team Member: 3 members > <Number of Subordinates: 2 members > <Product : Ring Gear, Fly Wheel, Propeller's Shaft for automotive > <Client : Automotive company > <Saturday working : Average once in a month> <Position objective> - Responsible for all aspects of IT department - Work with department head for developing and implementing to Thailand transformation strategy. <Job Responsibilities> - Manage and lead IT team members - Join in the Global Project with JP HQ (Production System, Accounting System, ERP and Infrastructure System etc) - General internal IT role in a manufacturing company - Build and review IT network - IT security - Manage company computers and applications - Maintain network, software, devices, ERP, and data centre etc - IT trouble shooting (coordinate with your subordinate) - Update and implement system according to requests - Design IT policy with JP HQ - Other assigned tasks by Japanese managements
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 5 years IT experience in a manufacturing company ・At least 3 years management experience in IT department ・Conversational middle level of English ・Knowledge and experience of network, security, SAP (especially FI/CO), Accounting software etc <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in global project such as liaison with HQ ・Business level English (for communicate with Japan HQ) ・Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as IPSCAN (DHCP, hacking detect) and Fortigate (VPN), IT asset Management ・Knowledge of WiFi AP (Cisco) ・Experience in logistics field ・Basic Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, PP
