Work outline: Responsible for all of IT function in new setup company in Saraburi province (Frozen Processed Meat Factory)
Size of the Factory: Full capacity approximately 1,000 staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To handle the development of the corporate systems in the initial stage.
Ø To develop the infrastructure like network, PC, firewalls, routers besides ERP systems for meat processing operations.
Ø To maintain the corporate systems with specialists in your team and external contractors.
Ø To keep improving such corporate systems by raising budget with appropriate fashions.
Ø Researching, planning, developing and maintain the corporate systems along with internal resources as well as external subcontractors.
Ø Monitoring the phase of the project and analyzing the impact on the business.
Ø Coordinating the project team along with the other departments and the external contractors.
Ø Estimating budget and raising a request following the appropriate manners.
Ø Ensuring and designing the corporate systems to securing data from internal and external attack by utilizing anti-virus software etc., and providing related users with secure access to the corporate network.
Ø Checking competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness.
Ø Ensuring that users adhere to software licensing laws.
Ø Providing users with appropriate support, training and advice.
Ø Controlling crisis situations like complex technical hardware or software problems.
Ø Recruiting new IT department employees, and mentoring and training as well.
Ø Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, age 33-45 years
Ø Bachelor or Master Degree in Information technology or related fields.
Ø 5 – 10 years experiences in IT domain, and experience as an IT manager or a similar position is preferred.
Ø Experience in computer and network operations, technical support as well as in project management, is normally essential. ERP skills is advantage.
Ø Very good command in English both writing and speaking.
Ø Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferable:
Ø Good command of Japanese
Ø Working experiences in the food industry are also preferred.

English: Business Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Silom then move to Saraburi around April 2018
Working Hour: Monday to Saturday 8:00 – 17:00
