IT Manager (Security / Infrastructure) (70K-100K) (SDG-77588) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายไอที (ความปลอดภัย / โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน) <Job Responsibilities> - Manage IT daily operations on IT infrastructure, application, data security and IT reports. - Identify and acting to monitor, improve and update system, software, and application. - Manage and respond to IT service request in timely manner and follow the work process to control and tracking IT service request within SLA. - Analyze business requirements by coordinating with key users to develop solution and lead IT projects. - Manage to determine timeline for key IT projects including system updates, upgrades, configuring and setting up, migrations and outages. - Monitor and tracking project progress and follow-up project team to meet the target timeline. - Coaching and guide team members to develop skills sets of IT Infrastructure, programming, troubleshooting, and problem solving. - Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software. - Anticipate potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions. - Facilitate and support request from IT Management and Top Management to share the progress of IT operation tasks and projects. <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 37-45 years old - Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information systems management. - At least 8 years’ experience working in IT operations, program development. - Management with subordinates - Good command in English (to communicate internally with Japanese Manager) - Leading and managing medium to large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures, application across various technologies - Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring. - Understand ITIL* Fundamental concept and apply to daily operation. - *Information Technology Infrastructure Library <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Early or immediately join - Experience in Japanese Company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (Sat: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 70,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive Leasing Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit
