IT Infrastructure Officer (25K-40K) (SDG-38224)
<Job Responsibilities>
IT infrastructure (hardware, network) deployment and on-going maintenance/operation
Maintain, monitor, and supports the infrastructure environment
Follows defined procedures to monitor systems, complex hardware, software, connectivity and resolve problems
Coordinates and works on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and projects.
Actively monitors and publishes the availability plan discussing the ability of the IT infrastructure to meet the availability requirements of the business.
Works with project teams to understand business needs.
Works across teams to ensure IT system upgrades and service pack deployments are implemented with minimal impact to production operation
Administers card access for employees, contractors, and vendors to ensure proper and adequate access to the general office space and limited access areas
Implementation of space initiatives, including realignments of business functions and routine move/add changes
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24 – 35 years old
Bachelor's degree
Experience in IT infrastructure (hardware, network) deployment and on-going maintenance/operation (i.e. troubleshooting, configuration change etc.)
Having knowledge/skill in below functions :
Operating System on server (Linux is MUST) / Network /Windows Server/PC administration/Intel base PC hardware
Having aptitude and hospitality mind to support user
Having a sense of responsibility for a given task
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to communicate in English
Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
