IT Infrastructure Engineer
(50K – 55K) (SDG-59545)
วิศวกรโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and support computing infrastructure
• Install, configure and maintain physical server, virtualization server, network and firewall
• Support PC software, diagnosing and solving hardware/software issue
• Monitor network/server performance, tuning and reporting
• Manage and maintain user accounts of active directory, lotus note mail, Wii and etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Manage backup process
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Working experience 5 years in manufacturing field in Office Automation administrator or IT consultant related field.
• Have experience in user side to support many client PCs (over 100 preferred).
• Advance conversation middle in English
• Be able to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Have experience of designing and operation the following all category technologies.
• Network : LAN (Include VLAN, Wireless LAN), WAN, VPN, F/W
• Server OS : Windows
• Backup solution : Backupexec, Windows server backup
• Virtualization : Vmware
• Security : Anti-virus, Proxies, PC asset management S/W
• OA : Active Directory, Mail(Exchange, Send mail), Fileserver
• Good communication skills.
• Having experiences of Project Management would be advantage.
• Have experience of making project plan(include WBS) and management in some areas of infrastructure would be advantage.
• Have experience of Project Team Leader would be advantage.
• Having good understanding of ITIL would be advantage.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•วางแผนและสนับสนุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
•ติดตั้งกำหนดค่าและบำรุงรักษาเซิร์ฟเวอร์จริงเซิร์ฟเวอร์การจำลองเสมือนเครือข่ายและไฟร์วอลล์
•สนับสนุนซอฟต์แวร์พีซีการวินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ / ซอฟต์แวร์
•ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของเครือข่าย / เซิร์ฟเวอร์การปรับแต่งและการรายงาน
•จัดการและดูแลบัญชีผู้ใช้ของ Active Directory, Lotus note mail, Wii และอื่น ๆ
•ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
•จัดการกระบวนการสำรองข้อมูล
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ไอทีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 ปีในสาขาการผลิตในผู้ดูแลระบบ Office Automation หรือที่ปรึกษาด้านไอที
•มีประสบการณ์ในด้านผู้ใช้เพื่อรองรับพีซีไคลเอนต์จำนวนมาก (ต้องการมากกว่า 100 รายการ)
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและเพื่อนร่วมงาน
•มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบและใช้งานเทคโนโลยีประเภทต่างๆดังต่อไปนี้
•เครือข่าย: LAN (รวม VLAN, LAN ไร้สาย), WAN, VPN, F / W
•ระบบปฏิบัติการเซิร์ฟเวอร์: Windows
•โซลูชันการสำรองข้อมูล: Backupexec, การสำรองข้อมูลเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Windows
• Virtualization: Vmware
•ความปลอดภัย: ป้องกันไวรัสพร็อกซีการจัดการสินทรัพย์บนพีซี S / W
• OA: Active Directory, Mail (Exchange, Send mail), Fileserver
•ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี.
•มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Management จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
•มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำแผนโครงการ (รวม WBS) และการจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานบางด้านจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
•มีประสบการณ์ Project Team Leader จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
•มีความเข้าใจ ITIL เป็นอย่างดีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
