IT Infrastructure and Network Manager @PathumThani (70K-100K) (SDG-51098)
<Job Responsibilities>
Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems and perform routine system operations including data backup and keeping of daily/problem logs.
Oversee and/or perform installation, maintenance and monitoring of the company’s systems, hardware, software and local area network. Maintain inventory records of them as our company assets. Provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors.
Support end user computing and daily operations to resolve and prevent problems. Perform trouble shooting and act as an internal resource for system problems or unusual situations encountered.
Organize hands-on demonstrations and/or train end users in the use of new software and hardware products.
Make, plan and maintain office automation and communication infrastructure.
Liaise with other departments on behalf of users on matters relating to company information systems.
Establish, maintain and implement policies, rules and procedures for managing information and information systems.
Improve literacy of Information Security Management of the company members and provide relevant staff training.
Assist the Department Head to make budget application and IT strategy reports etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
At least 10 years working experience as IT infrastructure
Must have experience working as IT infrastructure in financial industry or IT outsourcing company
Able to communicate in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to communicate in Japanese
Languages skills
