IT-GA Support (6 months contract) (20K-22K) (SDG-24859) <Job Responsibilities> Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for user Maintenance IT application to keep information up to date all the time Respond to calls/emails from employees seeking help with most appropriate action Record events and problems and their resolution in logs Follow-up and update incident status and information Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Manage IT application and deployment for new employees/resigned employee to follow company policy such as Files server, Active directory, Anti-virus, Terminal server, IP Phone system, Calabrio Office 365, AirWatch, BlueCoat, LINE Works and etc.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 22-23 years old Bachelor Degree in Computer Business Welcome fresh graduate or 1-2 years of work experience in any related function Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other IT equipment Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel) Good command of English skill in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers, handle English documents, etc. (Toeic 600) Ownership for job Excellent interpersonal skill Detail oriented <Preferable Skill / Experience> Knowledge of Pivot, Vlookup will be an advantage Have experience with macro and business function of excel Highly motivated on improvement individual Knowledge of Circuit Board Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Petchburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:15-17:15(Monday to Saturday & Twice Saturdays a quarter) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–22,000THB About the company Products: Electronics Equipment, Medical Devices Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment
