Job Description

IT Engineer (Service engineer) (25K-50K) (SDG-21834)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Visit clients by company car (with driver) and install the package system & implement the system to their factory. (Ayutthaya, Rayong area mainly)
	Teach client's & distributor's engineer how to use and implement the system
	In-house standby and response for technical customer call.
	Set-up & installation for all products. (Network and windows)
	Study specification and technical product details.
	Conducts the product training, product demonstration.
	On-site problem solving, follow-up and close the problem.
	Develop and enhances technical skill.
	Provides pre-sale support.
	Provides consulting to customer, sales, and technician.
	Maintains and improve customers’ satisfaction.
	Conducts preventive maintenance.


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok 
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, male/female, 25-41 years
	Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or any related field 
	Experience work in IT field at least 3 year
	Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products or Linux or Unix Administration (HPUX or AIX or Solaris) or Network Technology & Security (Cisco Product, Fire wall Product)
	Basic level of English (understanding documents) 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
	Certificate in MCSE,CCNA, or Oracle DBA is an advantage 

Languages skills 
English: Basic level
