IT Consultant (Consulting, IT) (Japanese Speaking) (80K–130K) (SDG-64242)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact existing clients and find the new business opportunity
- Gathering and Analyst overall factory’s operation processes information from Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Shipment.
- Create As-Is High level and detail level of operation flow including issue/bottleneck detail
- Design To-Be High level and detail level of an operation flow
- Advise customer to realize the current issue and lead to improving the entire factory’s operation process
- Suggest customer which the company's service can deliver and improve customer operation flow
- Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 30- 50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or industrial sector with a focus on manufacturing process improvement & operational excellence from Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Shipment
- Strong ERP system knowledge
- Consulting firm background
- Ability to run Kaizen, RCI highly desirable
- Fluen in Japanese
- *N1：Can communicate in Japanese with Japanese client
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-disciplined and responsible to work
- Ability to work across multi-cultural teams
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Some software development background preferred
- Conversational middle level of English

- ติดต่อลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานของโรงงานโดยรวมจากการขาย การจัดซื้อ การผลิต คลังสินค้า และการจัดส่ง
- สร้าง As-Is ระดับสูงและระดับรายละเอียดของขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานรวมถึงรายละเอียดปัญหา/คอขวด
- Design To-Be ระดับสูงและระดับรายละเอียดของขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน
- แนะนำให้ลูกค้าตระหนักถึงปัญหาปัจจุบันและนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานของโรงงานทั้งหมด
- แนะนำลูกค้าที่บริการของบริษัทสามารถส่งมอบและปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานของลูกค้าได้
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 30-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในภาคการผลิตและ/หรืออุตสาหกรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นที่การปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและความเป็นเลิศในการปฏิบัติงานจากการขาย การจัดซื้อ การผลิต คลังสินค้า และการจัดส่ง
- ความรู้ระบบ ERP ที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ประวัติบริษัทที่ปรึกษา
- ความสามารถในการเรียกใช้ Kaizen, RCI เป็นที่ต้องการอย่างมาก
- Fluen ในภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- *N1：สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นได้
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่แข็งแกร่ง การจัดองค์กรและการนำเสนอ ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหา
- มีวินัยในตนเองและมีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
- ความสามารถในการทำงานข้ามทีมจากหลากหลายวัฒนธรรม

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
