Work Outline: To be professional for supporting internal cloud system for branches in Asian region
Duties & Responsibility:
•To be responsible for all support (adding function, introduction and maintainance) for internal software system in Medical Products Department
•System Detail : Cloud CRM system, Salesforce
•Working in Thailand, and support all internal system in Asian region as remort operation
•Willing to visit other branch in order to check daily operation, and to solve technical problem if required, 1 week/month to Asian region branches
•Mainly maintaining the software system in China, South Corea, Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand
•Work closely with all Asian branches and provide solution about technical support and coordination
•Manage and control the project to ensure the schedule and performance of the operation
Qualifications:
[Must]
•At least 2-3 years experience as IT consultant in software field, especially in cloud system
•The important point : Has experience to handle more than 10-20 projects for clients
•Freelancer is welcome
[Prefer]
•Certification for Salesforce (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, Technical Architect,Pardot Consultant, etc )
•Working experience in Cloud CRM System field
•Good command in Chinese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Convesational – Business
Other: (Preferable) Chinese

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:40 (Mon – Fri)
