IT Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Writes computer software and application implementation. (ERP, SAP)
• Develop and implement the detailed development and implementation plan for production and office. (Production 70% / Office 30%)
• Responsible for applying technology in the company, planning and developing system.
• Upgrade existing software and the user organizations' needs change.
• Test software to ensure the code is correct, Solve IT problems, Rerun and recheck the program until it produces the correct results.
• Troubleshoot technical issue and identify modification needed in a sitting application to meet changing user requirements.
• Assign jobs to another staff and Monitor jobs progressive in IT section to achieve section's KPI.
• Proposing about new tools to improve user operation.
• Follow other job which assigned by Manager.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-42 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Have working experience at least 8 years about implement software system (ERP, SAP) in manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as IT Supervisor or higher
• Conversation low level of English

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• เขียนซอฟต์แวร์คอมพิวเตอร์และการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน (ERP, SAP)
• พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนการพัฒนาและดำเนินการโดยละเอียดสำหรับการผลิตและสำนักงาน (การผลิต 70% / สำนักงาน 30%)
• รับผิดชอบในการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในบริษัท วางแผนและพัฒนาระบบ
• อัพเกรดซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีอยู่และความต้องการขององค์กรผู้ใช้เปลี่ยนไป
• ทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ารหัสถูกต้อง แก้ไขปัญหาด้านไอที รันซ้ำและตรวจสอบโปรแกรมซ้ำจนกว่าจะได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ถูกต้อง
• แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคและระบุการแก้ไขที่จำเป็นในแอปพลิเคชันนั่งทำงานเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป
• มอบหมายงานให้กับพนักงานคนอื่นและติดตามงานที่ก้าวหน้าในส่วนไอทีเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI ของส่วน
• เสนอเครื่องมือใหม่ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงานของผู้ใช้
• ติดตามงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-42 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปี เกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งระบบซอฟต์แวร์ (ERP, SAP) ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง IT Supervisor หรือสูงกว่า
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนา
