Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Procurement, management, and disposal of PCs, equipment, and software - Management of office equipment (multi-function printers, shredders, etc.) - Administration of Microsoft 365 - Coordination with the serviced office provider regarding network and power infrastructure - Internal security management - Development, maintenance, and operation of internal policies, manuals, and internal controls - Internal IT help desk support - Negotiation and management of IT vendors - Collaborating with the IT team at the Japan headquarters and other overseas offices to execute tasks - IT-related coordination for office relocation projects - Management of on-premises equipment (firewalls, switches, NAS, etc.) - Network management (WAN/LAN)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree - Experience in internal IT admin. - At least Conversational middle- high level of English. - Knowledge of internal office networks, PC procurement, setup, Firewall and MS 365. - Ability to manage overall IT environment tasks. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with local vendors. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese (JLPT 3 level or above).
