<Job Responsibilities> IT Job (70%) - Coordinate with the IT Outsource company (When having trouble with PC / Install new Hardware for IT-related Equipment, etc.) - Helpdesk support - Support if staff have trouble with our private IT System (Microsoft O365 / Server / ERP System / etc ) - Software Installation on each PC - USB Management - Check for virus records or any support status - Maintain and Update System Assets (User ID / Group ID & Hardware Assets) - Presentation & training for Information Security Management Admin Job (30%) - Check Asset List - Manage office supplies stock and place orders - Responsible for handling general affairs, purchasing, and office management - Supporting other HR activities and also the Company activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree, in any field. - At least 2 years of experience as IT support or IT Admin from a Japanese company - Conversational high in English for communicating with the IT team from Japan HQ both writing and speaking - Computer skill (MS Office & Google Docs, PPT, etc.) - IT knowledge management (IT experience) <Details> - Team working ability - Good communication and organization skills <Preferable> - Can start working immediately
