IT Administration and Support (18K-30K) (SDG-37199) <Job Responsibilities> Handle IT Daily Desktop Maintenance, IT User Support, IT incidents. Maintain and enhance the important software system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis Assist to maintain the headquarters’ systems, keep good communication with Headquarters IT Department, handle IT issues related to Chinese language. Participate in establishing system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks. Participate in securing the system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; Establish and test disaster recovery policies and procedures; complete system back-up; Maintain documentation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-32 years old Bachelor’s Degree in related field e.g. Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information System Management Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, either as an IT administrator or in technical support Good command of English both written and spoken <Preferable Skill / Experience> Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 18,000–30,000THB About the company Products: A large commercial, retail, residential and hotel property.
