Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new payment card customers and enhance usage of payment cards. - Identify and build strong relationships with partners to create joint B2B2C initiatives. - Plan and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities aimed at acquiring new card members and increasing customer usage via partner channels. - Collaborate with internal teams to create offerings and ensure effective implementation. - Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on sales performance and market trends. - Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure long-term relationship management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 3 years of experience as sales in the payment card business or banking business, or financial services. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships. - Strong understanding of the Thai market and business culture, especially in the payment industry. - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and Headquarters <Details> - A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets. - A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative. - Outgoing personality and confidence in communicating with stakeholders at various levels. - Strong ownership mindset; takes initiative and follows through. - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with B2B2C business models. - Experience working in a multicultural or matrix organization.
