Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and develop the organization’s internal quality management system. - Ensure compliance with ISO standards through regular audits and assessments. - Coordinate and support internal and external audits. - Organize and coordinate training sessions related to the quality management system - Maintain records and documentation in accordance with ISO requirements. - Support continual improvement initiatives and promote quality culture within the organization. - Liaise with external organizations on matters related to the quality management system. - Prepare reports, audit findings, and management review documents - Visit sites in Laem chabang , Prapadaeng including customer sites for audit process and make reports. - Adpat and revise documents as needed, coordinate with each section leader. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in ISO management systems - Strong ISO knowledge and holding ISOCertification or training in ISO standards; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is a must - Conversational Mddle to High in English (report to Japanese President, documents and training etc.) - Able to work outside once require, company car with driver provided - Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience in Logistic field - Experience in all ISO; 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 - Early join candidate
