IQC(Incoming Quality Control)Assistant Supervisor
(23K – 25K) (SDG- 56561)
ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพการนำเข้า
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sampling Inspection for Electronic parts such as chip, Axial, Radial, Press parts, Mold(resin) parts by using calipers etc.
• Implement inspection procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
• Coordinate with supplier
• Make analysis report for inspection then submit to interpreter(Interpreter will translate Thai to Japanese)
• Manage and Instruct subordinates
• Other tasks might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-33 years
• High School
• At least 3 years of working experience as IQC for Electronic parts, Press parts, Mold(resin) in Electronic company
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Have knowledge of QC 7 tools, ISO9001
• Have knowledge and experience of sampling inspection, AQL(Acceptable Quality Level)
• Have experience to coordinate with supplier
• Be able to use MS office
• Have working experience at PCBA company is more advantage

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•การตรวจสอบตัวอย่างชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เช่นชิปแกนเรเดียลชิ้นส่วนกดชิ้นส่วนแม่พิมพ์ (เรซิน) โดยใช้คาลิปเปอร์เป็นต้น
•ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด
•ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์
•จัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์เพื่อตรวจสอบแล้วส่งให้ล่าม (ล่ามแปลไทยเป็นญี่ปุ่น)
•จัดการและสั่งการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-33 ปี
•มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง IQC สำหรับชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ชิ้นส่วนกดแม่พิมพ์ (เรซิน) ในบริษัทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือ QC 7, ISO9001
•มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบตัวอย่าง AQL (ระดับคุณภาพที่ยอมรับได้)
•มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับ supplier
•สามารถใช้ MS office ได้
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ บริษัท PCBA จะได้เปรียบกว่า
