Investor Relations (30K–70K) (SDG-59212) นักลงทุนสัมพันธ์ <Job Responsibilities> - Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes. - Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors. - Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site. - Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation. - Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function - Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management. - Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives. - Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings. - Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 24-35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration or any related field - 1-3 years of working experiences in Investor Relations field (any industry) - Good command of verbal and written in English (to frequently use in documents and communicate externally) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–70,000THB About the company Products: Industrial city developer Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage);
