Inventory Control (Assistant Manager)
(25K – 30K) (SDG- 59632)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for inventory and delivery management
• To do documentation about inventory and delivery
• Planning inventory and delivery for smooth and efficient procedure
• Checking the inventory at own warehouse (same location)
• To record the data to ERP software (our own software)
• Coordinate with oversea suppliers
• To monitor inventory date, analyze and improve
• Monitor the cost and report to the managements (In Thai and English)
• To take case with Free Zone measures
• To manage and train subordinates
• Other tasks might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor degree
• At least 5 years of working experience of inventory control in trading / manufacturing company
• At least 1 year management experience
• Advanced conversational middle level of English
• Able to commute by oneself

• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri only)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและการจัดส่ง
•ทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับสินค้าคงคลังและการจัดส่ง
•วางแผนสินค้าคงคลังและการจัดส่งสำหรับขั้นตอนที่ราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
•ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังที่คลังสินค้าของตัวเอง (สถานที่เดียวกัน)
•ในการบันทึกข้อมูลลงในซอฟต์แวร์ ERP (ซอฟต์แวร์ของเราเอง)
•ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ในต่างประเทศ
•ในการตรวจสอบวันที่สินค้าคงคลังวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุง
•ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายและรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหาร (ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ)
•เพื่อดำเนินการตามมาตรการ Free Zone
•ในการจัดการและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-40 ปี
•ผู้หญิงจะดีมาก
•ปริญญาตรี
•ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังในบริษัทการค้า / ผู้ผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถเดินทางด้วยตนเอง

•ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
