Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead the inventory control function across the fulfillment center, ensuring stock accuracy, proper replenishment, and compliance with customer requirements. - Oversee inventory processes, including cycle counts, reconciliation, stock adjustments, shelf-life monitoring, and inventory holds. - Manage and coach Inventory Supervisors and Officers to ensure strong performance and engagement. - Collaborate with inbound, outbound, and customer service teams to resolve inventory variances and related issues. - Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy, shrinkage, replenishment performance, and shelf-life compliance. - Report inventory status, risks, and improvement actions to Site/Shift Managers and customers. - Lead continuous improvement projects focused on slotting, replenishment, and loss reduction. - Ensure compliance with Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit requirements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations. in a Distributor, retail industry, or e-commerce industry - At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Strong knowledge of standard inventory control procedures and best practices. - Conversation at a Middle level in English (Internal, meetings, reports, email) - Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Workspace <Preferable> - Experience working with Korean companies and adapting to Korean business culture. - Proven track record in managing distribution centers within the food retail industry.
