Work outline: Work closely with Japanese Vice President to operate overall function of HR & GA department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for Japanese Translator and Interpreter (Mainly in contract, Law or collection document)
Ø Translate documents, Form, etc. Japanese – Thai, English – Japanese
Ø Translation of E-mail, necessary documents.
Ø Translation of contract and agreement or financial documents
Ø Support Interpretation and coordinate between Japanese Boss and the staffs in the department
Ø Coordinate between Japanese management and local staff.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 22-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language or any related fields
Ø Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1) and English.
Ø Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ø Fresh graduate is welcome
Preferable:
Ø Have knowledge or interesting of Sales function.
Ø Have work experience in Internal Control is preferable.
Ø Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skill
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business level (N2-N1)
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18.00
