Work outline: Responsible for interpreter and translator tasks as a main task, and play role as a secretary to JP MD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate between Japanese management and local staff
Ø Translate some company’s document and email, etc. from Thai to Japanese and vice versa
Ø Interpretation in internal meeting and client meeting
Ø Coordinated schedule and appropriate meeting time with involving persons and customers
Ø Translate Thai-Eng-Jap
Ø Provide support to MD / Interpret with customer and internal staff
Ø Prepare and manage for minute meeting
Ø Sometimes visit customer together with MD
Ø Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, female, age 30-40 years
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field
Ø 4-5 years of experience related to interpreter/translator/secretary to JP management.
Ø Good command in English & Japanese. (JPLT N2 at least).
Preferable:
Ø Experience working in Japanese Company before.
Ø Good Personality
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (N2 at least)
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08.30 – 17.30]
