About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for secretary task for MD and interpreting / Translating task in production line and office
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa in both factory and office
Ø When client visit factory, show around and explain about factory through interpreting language
Ø Translate documents from Japanese to Thai and vice versa (E-mail, internal documents)
Ø Manage and coordinate with immigration and labor dept. regarding work permit and VISA for Japanese expats
Ø Handle and prepare all secretarial work for MD, support job for Japanese advisors
Ø Support task regarding accommodation of MD and client
Ø Prepare business trip for MD by coordinating with agent or site regarding airplane ticket and hotel
Ø Support all task which MD or advisor assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 21-30 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø Fresh graduate who has N2 up is welcomed
Ø Advanced conversation level of Japanese for someone who has at least 1-2 years working experience as an interpreter or secretary job
Ø Honest person and someone who is eager to learn about business and technical term
Ø Have a good responsibility
Preferable:
Ø Business level of Japanese
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area: Chonburi *There is company bus service in Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working: Every other Saturday
