Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Interpret and translate between Japanese sales, Thai sales, and factories.
• Contact to oversea suppliers in India, and Malaysia in English through both email and phone.
• Maintain and make good relationships with existing clients (100% existing clients) 
• Support Japanese Sales manager 
• Check documentation tasks (preparing PO, Invoice). 
• Visit clients for meetings by company car with driver in Chonburi and Rayong area mainly as interpreter.
• Other assigned tasks by Japanese Managers

Job Requirement

Necessary Skill / Experience 
• Age 24-35 years
• Female / Male
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year experience of Interpreter or Sales support, Secretary
• Conversational high to business level of Japanese (N3 Up)  
• Have willingness to challenge for sales working also (If you want to change salesperson, company will give opportunity) 
• Conversational middle to high level of English
• Business level of Japanese is preferable.
• Working or studying in Japan is preferable.
• Not job hopper, at least 2 years’ experience in same company

Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Sat (Around 2 times Saturday working in per month))
