Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide medical interpretation and translation services. - Handle documentation and administrative processes, including invoices and medical information for insurance companies and medical assistance providers. - Conduct sales activities, secure contracts, and maintain relationships with insurance companies and medical assistance providers. - Provide medical interpretation services outside regular working hours (including weekdays and public holidays) via phone or on-site support. - Provide medical interpretation support on a business trip basis to domestic (Thailand) and overseas (Laos) locations. - Other assigned tasks <Expected personality/attitude> - Proactive individual capable of proposing and negotiating directly with hospitals and insurance companies - Demonstrates strong leadership qualities - Able to manage pressure and stress effectively - Excellent communication skills - Strong sense of responsibility - Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions - Capable of proper reporting, communication, and consultation (Ho-Ren-So) - Understands the company’s business and works effectively within a team - Possesses a strong desire for self-improvement and growth
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience as an interpreter in any industry - Business level of Japanese (For interpretation work, N2 up) - Able to go on domestic/overseas business trip around 2 times / year around 1 week/time (Prachinburi / Ayutthaya / Laos) for training and work. - Able to do shift working and work overtime in case of emergency. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in the medical, insurance industry - Working experience as a medical interpreter - Knowledge in the medical field - Can join immediately - Own car or motorcycle <Deisred personality/attitude> - Proactive individual who can confidently make proposals and negotiate directly with hospitals and insurance companies - Strong leadership and team management skills - Able to handle pressure and manage stress effectively - Excellent communication skills - High sense of responsibility and accountability - Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions - Capable of clear and timely reporting and communication - Understands the company’s operations and works well as part of a team - Motivated and eager to grow professionally
