Work outline: Interpreter and General Administration’s Task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpreter
Ø Interpret Office & Factory in morning meeting
Ø Translate Documents by assignment from Manager (TH-JP, JP-TH)
Ø Interpret internal Training
Ø Interpreter for Meeting (KPI, Management Review, Other Meeting)
Ø Interpreter for Audit
Ø Interpreter for Factory
General
Ø Booking for hotel /flight /CTT Cars / for Customers
Ø Activity of CTT (Safety patrol, QCC, 5S, etc.)
Ø Order Office supplies
Ø Others tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female only, age 22-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is preferable
Ø At least 1 years of working experience in Interpreter
Ø Able to interpret in a meeting
Ø Active and can work under pressure
Ø Computer Skill : Excel, word, PPT, outlook
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Manufacturing
Languages skills
English: Preferable
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri) *Work on Saturday sometimes (depend on company’s schedule)
