Work outline: Support Japanese staffs and company’s tasks through translating and interpreting
Almost all tasks are internal but sometime go visit clients with Thai or clients
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Help Japanese MD and staffs to communicate with Thai staff in daily works
Ø Translate documents regarding accounting and any other management things reported to Japanese staffs
Ø Exchange E-mail in English or Japanese, and communicate with Japanese officers in Japan
Ø Visiting clients with Japanese staff
Ø Communicate with clients ( both Japanese and Thai clients) by phone and e-mail
Ø Manage attendance of employee every month
Ø Manage sales slip, transfer slip, receiving slip, invoice etc.
Ø Other admin tasks are assigned
Ø Other sales task assigned by Japanese staffs
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 26-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Advanced conversation level of Japanese (around N2 up)
Ø Advanced conversation level of English
Ø Have experience in Administration field at least 2 years or above
Ø Have car and driving license
Ø Able to go to aboard (May have meeting in Japanese at least 1 time/year)
Preferable:
Ø Have interesting in car
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced conversation (around N2 up)
Workplace Area: Nontraburi area
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 or 9.00 – 18.00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 40,000THB-60,000THB negotiable
