Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Purchasing and bidding on salmon products from abroad
- Offer salmon for sale to customers on all business channels
- Looking for new distribution channels to expand the market and increase salmon sales
- See the conditions for purchasing, selling and claiming salmon products
- Manage whole transaction of import on Fresh Salmon
- Manage whole transaction of import on Frozen Salmon and other frozen Seafood
- Negotiation with the oversea suppliers and customers
- Arrangement of logistics, including customs clearance, in relation to Purchase & Sales
- Manage Contract of Sale and Purchase, Order, Shipment/Delivery, Shipping Document.
- Coordinate with Customs Agent for customs clearance process
- Coordinate with Sales Team for any inquiry
- Coordinate with Cold Storage/Warehouse for space
- Calculate Cost Sheet
- Handle and Resolve Problems caused in Purchase & Sales amicably
- Update market situation and any situation relevant/impact to the Salmon business/industry.
- Arrange Purchasing Report, and/or Sales Reports.
- Ready to assist to other members of the team in achieve the team mission.
- Able to read and analyze the basic financial statement, especially cash flow and general ledgers.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Accompany and Take Care for Customer or Supplier Visit.
- Manage and support various activities as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher in any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in B2B Sales or import/export or purchasing or for Salmon  
- Have knowledge of International Business, Import-Export (Incoterms)
- Bidding experiences 
- Conversational middle in English for communication, documents, and email.
- Able to use MS Office.
- Ready to work overtime on weekdays and weekends for urgent cases
