Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with existing oversea customers(UK customers)
- Assisting in business development in all export and sales obligations
- Monitoring the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Procure a variety of electronic components with competitive prices and good quality
- PCB Assembly Cost calculation (obtaining component quotations and performing costing work)
- Organize and Coordinate samples as necessary
- Handling invoice issue, Debit Note, Credit Note
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure deliveries are handled efficiently
- Coordinate with other supporting team within organization
- Delivery management and follow up shipping document
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in business field
- At least 2-year experience of handling PCB, electronic components or home electronics.
- Conversational high level of English (For communication with British clients. Enough level to communicate well with native speakers)
- High MS Office skills
- Details-oriented, Excellent communication, High problem-solving skills, strong responsibility and do multiple tasks simultaneously under challenging situations.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Understand PCB process
- Knowledge of electronic components and the supply chain
- Sales experience in EMS
