International Sales Supervisor-Assistant
(28K – 43K) (SDG-59274)
ฝ่ายขายระหว่างประเทศ ระดับหัวหน้า-ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Mainly handle existing clients only.
• Contact with existing distributors in ASEAN countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, India, and Middle East zone for updating the situation, introducing new products, asking their request, hearing problem.
• Generate project sales and shipping forecasts, assist in managing customer inventory, and work with internal departments to develop time frames and needs on new items.
• Checking client standard such as ISO , Quality control standard,IATF16949, and QMR to make it correspondence to our product.
• Responsible for scheduling production to meet customer forecasts and setup items in the customer system.
• Update actual sales in database, report sales and inventory to management, data analysis and create executive reports.
• Visit distributors in other countries and support them to sale the products (about once per month but depends on the situation)
• Making quotation, invoice, delivery date, debt and collection.
• Coordinate with factory about the delivery schedule to the clients.
• Other tasks assigned by Japanese GM.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of international Sales experience in trading or manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years experience about sales forecasts, shipping forecasts , scheduling production , and inventory management.
• Advance conversational high level in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, E-mail, and internet.
• Able to joining in immediately
• Bachelor degree in chemical or chemistry field is preferable.
• Business level in English is preferable.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดการกับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่เป็นหลักเท่านั้น
•ติดต่อตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่มีอยู่ในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน เช่น เวียดนาม,มาเลเซีย,เมียนมาร์,อินโดนีเซีย,อินเดียและโซนตะวันออกกลาง เพื่ออัพเดทสถานการณ์แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ สอบถามปัญหา
•สร้างการคาดการณ์ยอดขายและการจัดส่งของโครงการช่วยในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังของลูกค้าและทำงานร่วมกับแผนกภายในเพื่อพัฒนากรอบเวลาและความต้องการของสินค้าใหม่
•ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานของลูกค้าเ ช่น ISO, มาตรฐานการควบคุมคุณภาพ, IATF16949 และ QMR เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา
•รับผิดชอบในการจัดตารางการผลิตเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามการคาดการณ์ของลูกค้าและการตั้งค่ารายการในระบบของลูกค้า
•อัปเดตยอดขายจริงในฐานข้อมูลรายงานยอดขายและสินค้าคงคลังไปยังฝ่ายบริหารวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสร้างรายงานผู้บริหาร
•เยี่ยมชมตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศอื่น ๆ และสนับสนุนให้ขายผลิตภัณฑ์ (ประมาณเดือนละครั้ง แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์)
•ทำใบเสนอราคาใบแจ้งหนี้วันที่ส่งมอบหนี้และการเรียกเก็บเงิน
•ประสานงานกับโรงงานเกี่ยวกับกำหนดการส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก GM ชาวญี่ปุ่น
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•ประสบการณ์การขายระหว่างประเทศอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการค้าหรือการผลิต
•ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับการพยากรณ์ยอดขายการคาดการณ์การจัดส่งการจัดตารางการผลิตและการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี.
•มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft office, E-mail และอินเทอร์เน็ต
•สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันที
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาเคมีจะดีมาก
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจจะดีมาก
