<Number of employees : Total : 160 Local : 156 Japanese : 4 > <Report Line : Japanese GM ( around 35 years)> <Team Member: 7 persons> <Number of Subordinates: None > <Products: Windshield sealants for automobiles, hoses for power steering, and high-pressure hoses for construction and other machinery > <Clients: Auto-mobile companies > <Saturday Working: None > <Position objective > - Handling with existing clients and coordinate export process <Job Responsibilities> Mainly handle existing clients only -Contact with existing distributors in ASEAN countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia for updating the situation, introducing new products, asking their request -Visit distributors in other countries and support them to sale the products (about once per month with Japanese manager but depends on the situation) -Making quotation, invoice, delivery date -Coordinate with factory about the delivery schedule to the clients. -Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of international Sales experience in trading or manufacturing industry - Conversational high to Business level of English ( can communicate with South Asia and India clients) - Can go to business trip in abroad <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work in Japanese company - Have knowledge ISO and IATF related filed - Can join as soon as possible
