About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for independently coordinating finance activity with Singapore office. Focusing on AP/AR activity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Cheque management
Pay in
Filling
AP controlling
AR control assisting
Account breakdown
Reporting to Japanese parent company (monthly, quarterly)
(Develop report and submit to parent company. Formats are available)
 Develop cash flow report
 Issue invoice

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, Age 22-27 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field
Welcome fresh graduate
OR 1-2 years’ experience in accounting/finance
Can work independently
Good command of English language
Basic excel skill and Typing skill

Preferable:
Polite and well mannered
Experience coordinating with office in abroad

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: none



Workplace Area: MRT Phahon Yothin
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
