Work outline: Coordinating with outsourcing teams in other countries
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing clients with Shared Service centers in Thailand and operations overseas
Coordinating with outsourcing teams in other countries
Establishing and following processes to efficiently complete client deliverables and meet all deadlines
Centre of excellence for using the Outsourcing Portal
Provide a proactive service to our clients
Reviewing tax returns, reports and client communication
Understand and communicate to clients, accounting, tax and legal regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Female, age 26-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy/Management with 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience
Highly competent in both written and spoken English
Eager to build on your existing skills and to develop your career
Proactive attitude with the ability to both identify and find solutions to problems
Preferable:
Background in Shared Service Centers, working overseas or Business Process Outsourcing is preferred
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: Flexible working hours (8 hours) *Starting time should be 7:00 – 10:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
